Senior Finance Accountant

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, economics, finance, or other related field;
• Minimum 3 years of overall experience;
• Good working knowledge of 1C software;
• Understanding of international accounting principles;
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets;
• Strong communication skills: verbal and written; able to convince opponents on the truth of one’s judgments;
• Smart and flexible. An individual who is comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity;
• Result-oriented, committed, responsible and ready to act independently;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting and control of payment providers: posting records in the accounting system, reconciliation with cash inflows, control of closing balances, reconciliation of accounting data with other internal systems’ records;
• Control of expenses and accruals accounting: ensuring the correct allocation of expenses in the 1C system, reconciliation of accounting data with other internal systems’ records;
• Experience and ability to post entries in 1C system;
• Communication with other departments to ensure correct data and allocation ofexpenses in the system;
• Checking and validating data in the accounting system for period closing activities ona monthly basis;
• Looking for opportunities for optimization of accounting process;
• Ad hoc reports and tasks.
