WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You will work with a Department Leads on budgeting of training and travel cost for departments and then interacting with individuals in moment of billing, payments and reporting. You will prepare monthly and quarterly reports on cost spent per department and total for company

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You are a data-driven person, you love numbers and can unit them into easy to understand reports
• You are a customer-oriented person, working with a different kind of requested and interacting with people is easy and interesting for you.
• You possess an analytical discipline and are continually finding ways to optimize/automate the existing tools
• You are a structured/analytical thinker - can simplify and present complex problems and issues in an easy-to-understand manner. Capable of identifying and defending opportunities using data
• You thrive in a high paced environment and able to adapt to changes quickly

REQUIREMENTS:

• You thrive in a high paced environment and able to adapt to changes quickly
• Experience working with budgets and reports
• Degree in economics or accounting
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
