RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical support of users
• Maintenance of workstations and office equipment
• Work with Service Desk Systems

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of relevant commercial experience - not mandatory but will be a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems: Windows 8/10
• Knowledge of Linux Ubuntu, Mint, Mac OS 
• VMware Workstation, Virtualbox
• Knowledge of working principles of DNS / DHCP / SMTP / SNMP, etc.
• Basic knowledge of TCP / IP protocol suite, competency in identifying and eliminating network issues
