RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run and optimize advertising campaigns to ensure effective media buying
• Plan traffic buys and monthly performance results to set and achieve quarterly goals
• Create new ad materials mockups and concepts to improve advertising campaigns' results and/or launch new campaigns
• Extend and develop current and new partnerships to increase traffic volumes
• Launch advertising campaigns to get traffic volumes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with AdServer, adtech platforms, tags
• Experience with products for US/European market
• Knowledge of key market players, advertising payment models, ad formats
• Knowledge of IAB standards, Planning basics
• Result-oriented approach, proactivity, planning & time management skills
• Analytical skills, Negotiation skill, Persuading skills, Business correspondence skills
• Advanced English
• Experience with Banners, Native advertising, Push notifications, Direct response advertising is preferable
