Administrative Assistant / Corporate secretary

Accountability in the role

Strong professional leadership in communications, office management, payments accounting, regular reporting, and presentation. Effective collaboration with members of the association, the management, and stakeholders. 

 The task of the role

Monthly business reporting to the management, monitoring of the membership payments, monthly billing, drafting and maintaining business documentation, correspondence, website, and social media administration, conducting newsletters, arrangement and assistance in the organization of management meetings as well as communications with members, assistance in organizing offline and online events.

 Expected skills for the role

• University degree in Economics, International Relations, Law, and Energy;
• 3+ years of work experience; 
• Strong business communication literacy in Ukrainian, and English (С1, С2). Other languages would be considered a plus; 
• Confident owner of conventional office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Teams);
• Willingness to develop and obtain knowledge in renewable energy. Previous experience in Energy & Environment will be a plus;
• Responsible, self-organized, analytical, proactive, and problem-solving skills

Working conditions

Official employment; 

The comfortable office is located in a historical district of Kyiv – Podil; 

The office is provided with an uninterrupted power supply and Internet in periods of power outages;

Partial remote work is possible by agreement;

Probationary period: 3 months.

Ukrainian Association of Renewable Energy is the largest non-governmental organization representing Ukrainian and International Investors in renewable energy in Ukraine. Founded in 2014. The association's major activity is the enhancement of the business climate in renewable energy in Ukraine through professional services.
