AP/ TCM accountant

International MD Company, based in health care and innovative medicine is currently looking for AP/ TCM  accountant.

Responsibilities:

TCM 

• Processing of bank operation
• Work with banks on the matters of bank accounts and bank cards processing etc.
• Interest, FX booking;
• Participation in Cash flow preparing;

AP 

• Vendor invoices processing (external Vendors)
• Control over all primary documentation (hard or electronic)
• Purchasing orders reviewing
• Timely follow up of all Non received invoices with the suppliers.
• Reconciliation with vendors on monthly basis.
• Payment allocation against the respective invoices in SAP
• Maintenance of supplier advances /prepayment and following for the final invoices.
• Ensuring compliance with the statutory and corporate accounting standards, policies and procedures;
• Ensuring month end closing prepared as the required procedures; reconciliations, ad-hoc reports per request
• Participation in the ongoing development and maintenance of internal procedures and processes, accounting policies;
• Preparing ad hoc financial reporting request, other analysis and special projects as requested by management.
• Support of internal/external audit;
• Participation in the automation of accounting processes;
• Maintaining and backup in the areas of Employee expenses

Skills

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field;
• Three years or more of experience in financial accounting
• Advanced Excel skills ( MS office)
• Experience  in 1C, SAP  ( ERP systems ) desirable;
• Excellent time management and organizational ability;
• Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines;
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude;
• Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information;
• English level: Intermediate and above
• Readiness to work with big massive of documents
