About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will work within a Presentation Design team of Admind. This position requires a confident person who has strong communication skills, pro-active attitude and loves working for international brands. In this position you will be working in Odessa-based team, and in tight cooperation with the design team from Krakow.

What you will do

• Communicate regularly and liaise with clients 
• Determine the level of complexity of projects and predict the optimal timing of the project
• Organize and coordinate work of the designers
• Manage projects make sure they are completed on a specific schedule and within an agreed-upon budget
• Generate accurate reports and status notifications
• Pitch fresh and innovative ideas to clients

Requirements

• A common understanding of the principles and methodologies of planning and project management
• A basic understanding of the principles of team building and the mechanisms of their interaction
• Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Good leadership qualities, problem solving skills and responsiveness
• You are reliable and patient, love to work in a team
• You are able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets
• You have high level of communication and organizational skills 

Nice to have requirements

• Basic experience in the field of graphic design is a plus
• Experience in working with distributed team will be an additional asset
• Experience in working with international clients is a plus
