Team Lead Javascript Front-End

We need a Team Lead Front-End Developer who can manage a team (4 people) in high load project in Kyiv. Also introduct of New Technologies and Frameworks for the company. 

About Company:  Hotline (hotline.ua) is a large price aggregator who help users to find better choice in their life.

Hotline is operating 13 years and serving 500 000 users  daily. We have 100 employers and 20 developers.

Responsibilities:

- management of  the  front-end  team of a high-load web project in the field of e-commerce (up to 500 thousand visitors per day)

- effective interaction with the teams UX / UI, backend development and project management

-      Introduction of NEW Technologies and FRAMEWORKS

- development of new and optimization of the existing code

- Page tuning for high performance in Pagespeed insights 

Requirements:

- Experience in a high load project  or  big information project 

-4+ years of experience in front end

- 2+ years of experience in leading a team

- Experience in OOP and MVC design and development patterns

- Knowledge and understanding of client-side architecture best practices.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / ES6 

- Good knowledge in Core Js, Ajax

- Working experience with Bootstrap4

- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues 

- Strong knowledge in HTML5/CSS3

- Work experience with SASS

- Understanding page tuning techniques for high performance in Pagespeed insight

- Experience in developing front-end applications in PHP/Symfony/Twig environment
