The successful candidate will provide:

• Full cycle recruitment of technical and non-technical positions;

• Active sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels;

• Pre-screen and interview candidates to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements;

• Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job boards;

• Maintain and update candidate database;

• Promote and develop a strong, supportive culture in the local Office;

• Onboard new team members and support them;

• Promote people development and growth within the company;

• Provide guidance and support in administering human resources processes and procedures.

Ideal candidate has:

• 2 years experience in Recruiting/HR;

• General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;

• Intermediate level of English;

• Excellent communication and organizational skills;

• Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, team player;

• Ability to maintain confidentiality;

• Show a proactive attitude and "can do" mindset.
