Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer queries (phone and e-mail) and supporting individual and business clients in both incoming and outgoing communication. There are no sales involved.
Requirements:
- fluency or very good knowledge of German and English (B2 - C1)
- computer literacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- commitment to customer service
- ability to multitask
- another language would be an asset
- experience is not required
