Marketing Assistant

We are looking for Marketing Assistant in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of documents workflow of UA Marketing team;
• Purchase Request initiation for services for UA Marketing team;
• Collaboration with the company external marketing suppliers and with the internal accountant department with purpose of enabling proper documents flow;
• Leading of minutes during marketing and cross-functional meetings;
• Assisting to Marketing Manager in communication and resolving work issues;
• Marketing projects support (digital direct-to customer and health care professionals’ campaigns, new product introduction, new business development, KOL management etc.) on Marketing Manager request.

Requirements:

• University degree;
• Administrative experience is a plus;
• Strong analytical skills/mindset, critical thinking;
• Languages: fluent in Ukrainian and Russian (oral and written), English (pre-intermediate);
• Efficient Computer Skills: Excel, Outlook, Word. 1C (is a plus);
• Good in time management and project planning, capable of following-up different tasks at the same time;
• Ability to effectively understand and act on complex information under high time pressure situations.
