Logistics Project Manager

Position purpose:

• To support the countries achieve sales targets, sustained managing L&D strategic projects via regular update and coordination of all involved functions, managing timelines and ensuring product availability in needed timelines.

Main job Responsibilities:

• Translate approved strategy re specific initiative or projects (i.e. specific/shared pack, BWH, Class A , new businesses, countries, localization etc..) into execution of workable plan, communicate clearly and coordinate needed communication flow and clarification points to team members involved into projects.
• Manage interaction with countries cross functional managers (i.e. local logistics, RA, marketing, commerce, finance, supply chain, planners involved into specific intitiative/project).
• Manage the process of projects implementation against agreed timelines and KPIs to ensure product availability and financial results.
• Coordination of planning process with Veropharm (main contact, countries support and control as for sales planning, documents validation, etc).
• Guide countries as for process changes/ new rules etc implementation, support of CIS LDM in countries alignment as for procedures, approvals, planning etc.
• Proactively monitor key data for feedback and initiate or propose strategic planning/tactics adjustment, initiation of forecasting process improvement.
• Act as a source of information and expertise for all internal and external customers and take on a key role for maintaining communication.
• Provide requested support in check/calculation of costs/sales/coverage of products.
• Support in KPIs maintenance data base/ communication with countries on root causes of errors, coordination further actions and follow up.
• Reports to Division preparation: ADR, KPIs, BOBJ user(reports in BOBJ), information for supply review, data accuracy report.

Requirements:

• Education: University degree Economics, Mathematics preferable;
• Advanced in English, efficient Computer Skills;
• Experience in logistic or similar sphere from 3 years within international companies;
• Excel advanced;
• Excellent inter-personal communication skills;
• High-level of accuracy with numbers;
• Service and results oriented, accurate and punctual, confidential and trustworthy;
• Ability to make strategic decisions; ability to meet deadlines.
