Logistic Coordinator CIS

Job responsibilities:

1. Process customers' orders and payments (enter orders/ forecasts into the system, follow-up on orders, track shipments and sales performance versus forecast)
2. Monitor shipments and report stock situation;
3. Monitor, control and coordinate stock for CIS countries and proposes stock for reservation (low shelf life, high stocks etc)
4. Sales/ stock check and reporting for particular countries;
5. Maintains and updates 3rdDD table based on countries information
6. Perform administrative and clerical duties in support of effective Logistics operation;
7. Review and follow up incoming correspondence
8. Support countries in handling of product return
9. maintain track of planned productions and supply for CIS countries, regular contact with Central warehouse to ensure product availability
10. Monitor daily stock situation at Central warehouse for CIS countries
11. Provide vital information to all internal and external users, provide support in data and analysis to CIS EPD Demand Manager
12. Monitor relevant sales execution versus forecast (weekly reports collection from countries and analysis)
13. Maintain effective communication with CIS countries/logistics
14. Report to Management issues significantly impacting our performance
15. Support L&DM in demand process, back orders check and identify possible scenarios and solutions
16. Communicate to management by exception reporting issues, which significantly impact our ability to meet Customer needs
17. have regular cross-functional coordination with Regulatory, QA, countries as for packs changes and estimation of next production timelines.
18. Track timely payments and process discounts applicable with explanation and support with proper documents(for particular country).
19. Stock analysis based on country forecast, estimation of risky stocks.

Requirements:

• Education: University degree preferably in Economics field;
• Strong computer skills Windows, Excel, Word;
• Good communication skills;
• English language upper- intermediate level;
• Service and results orientated;
• Accurate and punctual;
• Confidential and trustworthy;
• Open and honest;
• Able to perform in strict deadlines;
• SAP skills is an additional advantage.
