Product Owner/Manager

Devellar is an e-commerce company that provides B2C services for English-speaking markets.

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner/Manager who will join our product team.

Skills & qualities needed:

• 3+ years work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management;
• Previous experience in developing a product which addresses to the English speaking market;
• Product and business-oriented mindset;
• Marketing and sales experience will be a big plus;
• Team spirit and good communication abilities;
• Good organisational skills;
• Independence, responsibility, strong analytical skills, and data-driven decision making;
• English - upper intermediate.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap;
• Continuously analyse the market and provide improvements for the product and related processes;
• Analyse preferences and requests of end users;
• Be responsible for product budget and budget oversight;
• Define and analyze product metrics and business KPIs;
• Closely cooperate with Marketing team, set KPIs for each marketing channel and provide further monitoring;
• Be the final decision maker for prioritisation of the team's work;
• Understand how features are performing, the level of customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements in close collaboration with other departments;
