Account manager

Devellar is an e-commerce company that provides B2C services for English-speaking markets.

Now we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

• Fluent English is a must
• Self-driven, results-oriented person
• Confident PC user
• Experience in customer support, working with freelancers is a big plus

Responsibilities:

• Tracking of fast-developing accounts.
• Development and motivation of freelancers.
• Tracking of orders taken by account holders.
• Quality control & Loss analysis/work on loss minimization.
• Setting goals/KPIs bi-weekly results analysis.
• Daily communication with writers of a specific segment.
