Coach for Sales Managers

Media We Work is currently looking for Sales Performance Coach to join our rapidly growing team.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Train. As we bring new talent to Insight, a part of your job will be to quickly acclimate them - assist with initial orientation, on-boarding and sales training efforts;
• Develop. On an on-going basis, you will be tasked with assisting our sales teams with call coaching, account planning, systems knowledge, and customer engagement. Overall, provide coaching and counseling to our new team members and work with them to pursue new business, follow-up and help close deals;
• Partner. Work hand-in-hand with Sales Team Leader, Desk manager, HR Team to determine areas of opportunity. Maintain open and timely communication regarding sales leads, market changes and other relevant issues. Contribute to the continued growth of Insight by working across the organization and meeting team targets.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Fluent English;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate between all levels within the organization; self-motivated and able to work independently with little day to day supervision;
• Must have personal and professional integrity;
• Strong leadership, creativity and analytical skills;
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, act with a sense of urgency;
• Previous working experience in fx markets as a Sales Performance Coach would be an advantage;
• However we also consider applicants with working experience in Forex field.
