Market Access Manager

SANOFI UKRAINE, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, announces the position of Market Access Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• In charge of coordination of deliverables (Price and reimbursement dossier…)  and of payer marketing in a timely manner.
• Is accountable for the maintenance of Price, reimbursement and Access throughout the lifecycle.
• Influences global strategy and clinical development regarding local needs.
• Provides inputs into product forecasts, including strategic, operational and financial forecasting. 
• Maintains an updated knowledge of economic and HTA Environment (relevant pricing and reimbursement criteria used by payers).
• Maintains a high level of knowledge with regards to the scientific, clinical and commercial developments in the therapeutic area(s).
• Keeps a pulse on payer environment and leads external engagement.
• Gathers legal information impacting HTA/ payers policy and translates it into meaningful messages.
• Is accountable of a permanent assessment of the institutional and economic environment and of its impact on Sanofi in particular in the market access field.
• Explores the new regulations or reimbursement models for healthcare products/solutions in addition to or in replacement of current models and gives strategic advice in particular for the access strategy.
• Managing central procurement processes and tender preparation, development and approval of bidding strategy.
• Checking the prices of reference countries and assessing the effect of these prices on the current price levels and taking necessary actions (Reference price updates resulting without price impact/with price increase/with price decrease).
• Documents preparation and tracking on-time necessity for price registration/withdrawal.
• Administration of internal Group pricing tool.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Higher education;
• Deep knowledge in pharmaceutical business;
• Minimum 2 years experience with marketing RX or Market Access &Pricing;
• Project management skills;
• English language - at Upper Intermediate level, Ukrainian - fluent;
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
• Strategic thinking;
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads;
• A problem-solving approach to work.
