SANOFI UKRAINE, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, announces the position of Shopper Activator (Trade Marketing Manager) at Consumer HealthCare BU.
JOB PURPOSE:
- Bring the voice of the shopper into the category growth teams, translate winning brand strategies into actionable channel strategies.
- Analyze shopper profiles and behaviors for the Brands (Essentiale, Magne B6, Enterogermina etc)
- Be an active ambassador of Category, Shopper & future retail environment focused thinking
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Category Development:
- Closely collaborate with a Brand team to develop Category Growth Vision for Digestive Health & Vitamins including Growth Drivers, Strategies & Tactics and roll it out across key customers;
- Lead gathering of shopper insights for the assigned categories/brands;
- Segment and target “priority” shopper profiles;
- Map purchasing drivers and barriers to be removed to maximize grow;
Shopper planning and execution:
- Define shopper strategies relevant with brand positioning, able to conquer the targeted shopper profiles by maximizing the purchasing drivers and driving impact in-store
- Collaborate with cross-functional team (Brand team, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Supply etc) to define growth opportunities for the brands on annual basis
- Ensure perfect execution in following directions:
- POSM preparation and launching in point of sales
- Take responsibility over product distribution in trade where necessary
- Initiate & control execution of trade activities either loading or cleaning stock in trade
- Coordinate pharmacists education projects
- Monitoring and analyzing shopper activities & sales performance
- Initiate & control execution of tailor made programs which are supposed to improve category performance in TOP KA’s
- Take over control over dedicated promotional budget
Data & Insights:
- Proactively identify knowledge gaps in understanding shopper behaviour (category or channel specific) and conduct appropriate shopper research with CMI;
- Leverage available data sources (Morion, intermal tracking, ad-hoc research) to make informed choices and drive KPI-based culture.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree;
- Proven experience (2+ years) in Shopper/Trade Marketing;
- Current or previous experience in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG companies;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- English - Upper-intermediate;
- Analytical skills, fluency in dealing with numbers;
- Autonomy and ability to balance long-term strategic priorities with short-term business needs;
- Executional excellence and leadership;
- Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing business environment;
- Strategic, integrative and analytical thinking;
- Creativity and problem-solving;
- Team spirit, persuasiveness & influence, highly collaborative with all cross functional partners.
