SANOFI UKRAINE, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, announces the position of Digital Manager Consumer Healthcare.


Placed within the Marketing Team, the Digital Manager will be responsible for managing the whole portfolio of CHC products in terms of their digital footprint and communication strategy.


  • Create and implement the digital strategy in coordination with local stakeholders and global digital teams;
  • Design, execute and evaluate precision marketing campaigns;
  • Coordinate Search Engine Marketing activities in terms of setup and media KPIs;
  • Support and optimize content marketing strategy driven by consumer needs;
  • Validate creatives in terms of platform requirements and best practices;
  • Coordinate with Global Digital Team as well as vendors and publishers to implement innovative tools and best practices;
  • Manage and improve digital footprint, including websites and applications;
  • Advise the Marketing Team in finding solutions to deliver business objectives via digital tools;
  • Build digital skills within the organization by training sessions and workshops;
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with support functions and other Sanofi divisions to seek and implement best practices;
  • Support the Medical team in digital activations targeted to HCPs;
  • Support MCE projects (customer journeys) development and launch;
  • Provide insightful analysis of MCE program efficiency on regular and by demand basics based on channel relevant metrics and KPI.


  • University degree
  • Overall +5 years work experience in Marketing or Digital functions with knowledge and experience of online marketing channels
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken) language, Ukrainian/Russian;
  • Fluency in working with data tracking tools (Google Analytics);
  • Ability to connect digital tools with a broader brand strategy (positioning, big ideas, tone of voice);
  • Best in class knowledge of digital landscape, trends and innovations;
  • Practical experience in managing cooperation with media and digital agencies;
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, multicultural environment;
  • Experience in working with key publisher tools (FBM, Google Ads, Google Analytics) is nice to have
  • Knowledge of specific legal and regulatory limitations of Pharmaceutical Industry is an added value but not a must.
