Registration Specialist

SANOFI UKRAINE, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, announces temporary position of Registration Specialist .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate dossier and briefing package preparations according to the plans and monitoring dossiers up to implementation
• Accountable for keeping the databases updated on a timely basis for assigned portfolio
• Actively participate in the file preparation and management of renewals, variations
• Use of the internal databases for management and dossiers download
• Use of Vista tool for management and supervision of artworks together with regulatory manager
• Participate in the preparation of planning of Regulatory maintenance activities (eg. renewals and labeling variations, extractions Share etc.) and monthly reports
• Preparation of administrative documents: mail, legalization, translation requests, updating contact lists, filing and archives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Physician, Pharmacist, Biotechnology or preferably Life Sciences Master Degree
• Related Experience: 1-2 years experience in similar position in different types of registrations, preferably in multinational organizations
• Language requirements: Fluent in Ukrainian; Good proficiency in English would be considered as advantage
