SANOFI UKRAINE, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, announces the position of the National Sales Head.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Close collaboration with business partners notably BOS and Trade &Revenue;
- Design and implement the effective sales strategy for OTC brands following marketing strategy;
- Executes Trade Marketing strategy through sales activities related to brands;
- Define sales plans with Trade Marketing and Marketing and execute them;
- Reinforcement of OTC brands images in medical environment;
- Preparation and approval of the sales budget following the sales and trade marketing strategies;
- Create and implement the innovative/creative solutions and tools for sales and marketing;
- Lead, manage and develop Sales Force team, set goals, review the performance, create succession plan, actively support career development plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
University degree;
5 years plus of experience in Sales and/or Marketing. Team management. Experience in working with chains;
Fluent English is mandatory;
