National Sales Head

SANOFI UKRAINE, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, announces the position of the National Sales Head.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Close collaboration with business partners notably BOS and Trade &Revenue;
  
• Design and implement the effective sales strategy for OTC brands following marketing strategy;
• Executes Trade Marketing strategy through sales activities related to brands;
• Define sales plans with Trade Marketing and Marketing and execute them;
• Reinforcement of OTC brands images in medical environment;
• Preparation and approval of the sales budget following the sales and trade marketing strategies;
• Create and implement the innovative/creative solutions and tools for sales and marketing;
• Lead, manage and develop Sales Force team, set goals, review the performance, create succession plan, actively support career development plan.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree;

• 5 years plus of experience in Sales and/or Marketing. Team management. Experience in working with chains;

• Fluent English is mandatory;
