SANOFI UKRAINE, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, announces the position of the Sale Force Effectiveness Specialist
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bonus system: bonus calculation & validation with respective functions, effectiveness evaluation based on set of KPIs.
- Motivation programs (e.g. Best sales performer): rating preparation & results validation with respective functions.
- Country sales objectives calculation and distribution by regions, performance analysis and evaluation of existing methodology quality
- Field Activities objective setting & alignment with respective functions, performance analysis.
- Project plan development & involvement of respective functions, set and align KPIs
- Support on Segmentation & targeting criteria validation with Sales & marketing teams
- Provide field work support on data collection
- Coordinate data processing, Customers Segments creation & validation with business
- Results implementation in CRM
- SF design and setup
- SF allocation by geography
- Territory alignment coordination (creation of work territories for SF employees)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 2+ year as sales/trade marketing/SFE specialist/analyst, ETMS/CRM specialist or related. Experience in Pharmaceutical MNS is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills, good communication and presentation skills, result oriented, strong in planning & tasks prioritization, ability to challenge status quo and drive change management initiatives
- Language: English - Intermediate and higher, Russian, Ukrainian - native
- Technical skills: MS Office (deep knowledge in Excel/Power point), SQL is a plus
