Medical Advisor

Sanofi Ukraine, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, announces the position of the Medical Advisor.

Job objectives & responsibilities:

• Provide medical and scientific support to internal (Sales and Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance) and external customers (Health Care professionals, Regulatory bodies);
• In cooperation with Marketing Department to take part in defining Brand strategy and roll-out plans;
• Provide scientific expertise in the development of promotional materials;
• Provide disease and product knowledge training to sales force team;
• Participates in Medical Education activities;
• In cooperation with the Marketing Department, co-develop opinion leaders strategy;
• Collaboration with national and international key opinion leaders;
• Regularly update product or disease-related information (tracks, reviews and circulates the latest medical information and publications on Sanofi-Aventis products and competitors).

Requirements to the candidates:

• High medical education;
• Good knowledge of English language;
• Working experience in the capacity of Medical Advisor is highly essential;
• Ability to build a "differentiated" relationship with KOLs and other important stakeholders;
• Demonstrate capacity to work as part of a team, respecting the needs, contributions and opinions of others and capability to build relationships across departments and functions;
• Strong customer awareness, striving for excellence in standards and methods of work
• Excellent communication and training skills;
• Demonstrate flexibility, resilience and tenacity in complex and changing environment;
• Able to take timely and effective decisions using innovation and initiative;
• Pro-active and initiative person;
• Strong process ownership skills;
• Presentation skills.
