We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Facilitating in resolving complex employee relations issues, conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
• Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention
• Reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics
• Conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings with employees
• Consulting employees on career development, company policies, and procedures
• Onboarding of newcomers, taking part in adaptation processes
• Participating in rotation processes
• Interviewing exiting employees
• Organizing corporate events

We expect you to be the carrier of HR expertise for the team and the company and trusted expert in the HR field as well as Initiate and drive changes in the People Management area.

Requirements

• 1+ years of HR/Recruiting experience. Experience in an international company will be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, high level of teamwork and networking
• Willing to learn and contribute
• Responsibility, the ability to work effectively in a multitasking and fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English, both written and oral
