We are looking for Junior Lawyer to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drafting and contracts review;
• Companies formation in different jurisdictions (Estonia, Malta, Cyprus, UK)
• Bank account opening (Banks and EMIs);
• Legal due diligence with regard to proposed contractual obligations from customer legal attorneys;
•  Assistance with other legal matters in cooperation with outsourced legal services providers.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Law;
• Experience with a law firm and/or international companies in contractual law practice;
• Experience with international consulting firms will be a plus;
• English (both written and spoken) – B2
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Team-player;
• High level of result orientation.
