We are looking for Data specialist to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of monthly reports related business units (marketing, sales department, supports);
• Keep a strong eye on the key KPI metrics
• Ongoing communication with key stakeholders for collecting necessary data and compensation approvals.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of working experience as an analyst
• Microsoft Excel proficiency, strong knowledge of excel formulas, pivot tables, be able to deal with a large amount of data;
• Proficiency with compensation research and data analysis;
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with BI tools would be a plus;
