Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a motivated analytical and creative digital marketer to join an exciting, growing and fast-paced performance media team. You will create new and effective ways to expand our marketing strategy onto digital platforms due to the constant growth of the product.

What you will do:

• Identify marketing trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Analyze results and optimize performance according to various KPI's with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers
• Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams and freelances to uncover new insights and opportunities for cross-team collaboration

Requirements:

• 2+ years of practical experience in Marketing or Digital sphere
• Deep analytical abilities and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proactiveness and strong problem-solving skills
• Independently self-motivated, team player
• High proficiency in MS Excel
• Good English is written and verbal communication skills
