Back office specialist

DRP is an international company, specializing in outsourced back-office and call center services for clients all over the world. We effectively manage all daily back-office processes for our clients around the world by our exceptional customer-oriented business philosophy.

We are looking for Back office specialist / Payment Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities: 

• managing and optimizing Credit Card deposits, decline monitoring and error fixing collaborating with the PSP & Tech department
• monitoring transactions in special program;
• understand the wire deposit protocol, operate the wire deposit requests quickly and accurately
• understand the Revenues work specifics and dependencies in order to provide good service
• creating WD request, PSP requests, R&D requests , requests to compliance department to provide us with additional information regarding customers;
• communicating and collaborating with PSP agents, CO&CS, Sales/Retention, R&D;
• coordinating Credit Card workflow, communicate to all required departments in live mode in order to process the transaction ASAP;
• ensuring that all the processes work correctly;
• generating reports, on daily/weekly/monthly basis

Requirements: 

• Practical experience: G Suite, CRM, PSP programs,
• Proficient user of Microsoft office
• Upper-intermediate English
• Experience in multi-national, multi-currency environment is an advantage
• Intelligent, initiative and pro-active
• Good communication skills
• Well-organized, goal oriented, able to multitask and work within tight deadlines
