Accountant - Client Bank

International financial services company is looking for Accountant

Key responsibilities:

· Downloading of bank statements on Company's current accounts from bank payment systems;

· Posting incoming and outgoing payments based on bank statements to accounting system SAP B1;

· Reconciliation of incoming and outgoing payments with accounts receivable and account payable invoices in SAP B1;

· Daily reconciliation of current account balances in accounting system with bank statements;

· Accounting of transactions paid from corporate credit cards by responsible employees;

· Daily reporting to treasury department on available current accounts balances;

· Negotiation of current accounts differences aroused during reconciliation procedures with treasury department;

· Posting of other corrective journal entries in SAP;

· Ad hoc requests.

Key requirements:

· University degree in Accounting or related field;

· Practical experience in Accounting / Finance department from 1 year;

· Proficient user of Microsoft office;

· Upper-intermediate English

· SAP knowledge will be an advantage, but not obligatory;

· Experience in multi-national, multi-currency environment is an advantage

· Intelligent, initiative and pro-active

· Good communication skills

· Well-organized, goal oriented, able to multitask and work within tight deadlines
