Requirements:

knowledge of English at B2 \ C1;

competent Russian and Ukrainian speech;

experience in the search and selection of personnel;

the ability to conduct high-quality interviews;

free use of MS Office software;

responsible attitude to the work process;

high communication skills.

Duties:

work with the database in English;

search for suitable applicants for work abroad (Baltic countries, Scandinavian countries, etc.);stable and continuous recruitment process;maintain a database of potential candidates;work in collaboration with other head offices and other branches;perform duties quickly and accurately.
