Technical requirements:

• Fluency in one of them (written and spoken):
  - English + Korean
  - English + German
  - English + Сhinese
  - English + Turkish
  - English + Polish
  - English + Hindi
  - English + Vietnamese
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Google Drive);
• Responsibility and desire to learn and improve;
• Ability to obtain, verify, evaluate work assignments and provide necessary information for clients;
• Willingness for shift work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct database analysis;
• Fill the database with products categories and characteristics;
• Make the information prioritization;
• Conduct online customer support;
• Interact with other departments for solving customer's issues.
