Vacancy Summary:

Full-time Accountant position will include responsibilities in accounting in Danish accounting system called (E-conomic), and especially handling of settlements / funding / payouts from our acquirer banks.

To become one of our team member:

1. It is necessary to work as a Ukrainian private entrepreneur (group 3, 5% non VAT-payer) from a home office.
2. Kyiv residence would be favorable.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Register all the invoices and other financial documents in the finance system (online software E-conomic)
2. Import the company's transactions into the finance system - Danish accounting E-conomic
3. Linking transactions and invoices / documentation in E-conomic
4. Handling settlements / payouts from our acquirer banks
5. Account/bank reconciliations
6. Provide assistance to departments across the organization..
7. Other duties as assigned

Qualification:

Qualification in Accounting / Finance / Economics is required.

Key skills and expertise required:

1. University degree in Accounting or Finance/Economics
2. Excellent computer skills, especially with Google drive and Google Sheets.
3. Preferably experience in online accounting systems (ERP) such as E-conomic
4. To be Ukrainian private entrepreneur (group 3, 5% non VAT-payer) is a must.
5. Proficiency business English level
6. Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
7. Working experience in accounting at foreign companies.
8. Attention to details and accuracy
9. Planning and organizing
10. Responsible and deadline - oriented
11. Business knowledge
12. Good problem-solving skills
13. Strong motivation to work with minimum supervision
