Responsibilities:

Triage and resolution of simple or repetitive tickets with clear resolution path (assigning privileges etc). Ticket verification and assignment to the resolver groups.

Your profile should be:

• IT background
• ITSM processes and tools knowledge
• GDrive Suite knowledge
• Knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of relationship databases
• Understanding of finance systems and processes
• Interested in CRM systems
• 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in the help desk or IT operations is a plus
• Fluent English
