Responsibilities:
Triage and resolution of simple or repetitive tickets with clear resolution path (assigning privileges etc). Ticket verification and assignment to the resolver groups.
Your profile should be:
- IT background
- ITSM processes and tools knowledge
- GDrive Suite knowledge
- Knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of relationship databases
- Understanding of finance systems and processes
- Interested in CRM systems
- 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in the help desk or IT operations is a plus
- Fluent English
