Job description
We are looking for a customer service oriented IT Service desk junior specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as Lviv office front liner and you will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.
Your profile should be:
Proficient in MS Windows 10
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy; TCP IP and other basic network protocols
Google mail and G Suite products knowledge will be an advantage
Working experience in providing IT help desk support will be an advantage
Ability to communicate in English (at least intermediate level)
Client-facing and communication skills
Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work under pressure
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
Monitor, record and update tickets within PwC Service desk tool
Walk customers through problem solving process
Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
Actively communicate with UA or CEE Service desk teams regarding possible issues resolution ( including participation in regular or ad hoc conference calls)
Provide a remote assistance for PwC IT service teams when troubleshooting or changes on Lviv office IT infrastructure are required
Preserve and grow your knowledge of Service desk procedures, products and services
