3+ years of experience in employer brand/recruitment marketing with the ability to implement talent attraction
2+ years of experience in full-cycle creative project management with the ability to plan and execute on key marketing deliverables under tight timelines
Fluent English — both spoken and written
Experience in attracting technology talent is will be a plus
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to be a strong team player with a drive to create a collaborative, positive, and inclusive work environment
Highly developed social and communication skills
Ability to cope with a high-pace, complex and changing environment

Обязанности

Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
Define product strategies and road maps
Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified
Conduct competitive strategic analysis
Develop communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels.
Develop campaigns to build brand affinity and advocacy amongst employees
Create, uncover and articulate personal and inspirational employee stories to support the employer brand.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of recruitment/talent marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders
