Technical Support Manager (remote)

We are searching for an energetic Technical Support Manager who dreams of putting their talent into creating the best product in the market. The best product, no kidding.

Whom We Need:

We need a superhero who is very good with both computers and people. Every day this person will help our users solve technical issues of different complexity. 

Here are some examples of the question you will deal with: 

“Help me install Windows 10, please.”, “How do I connect my printer to my existing WIFI?” , “My smart TV has no picture!!!”.

In this position, you will search for technical answers, translate them into non-technical language, and provide our users clear guides. Being able to find a common language with anyone is a must-have soft skill. 

Our product is all about service, so this is work in the trenches. But don’t worry, the Product, Marketing, and Operations teams will always cover you. :)

Other Requirements:

— Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English (we work with English-speaking users);

— At least one year of experience as a Technical Support Manager or in a similar position;

— Working knowledge of help desk software (Zendesk will be a plus);

— Strong time-management and self-management skills to be able to work on a remote basis. 

It would be great if you also have experience working with Windows and macOS, superior knowledge of popular online services like Gmail and Netflix, a deep understanding of computer hardware and software systems, and industry-specific certifications.
