Key duties:

-  Drafting of corporate documents, letters, e-mails to clients;

-  Interaction with state registration and other bodies, organization of work with notaries;

-  Analysis of documents for legal due diligence and preparation of reports and opinions;

-  Analysis of judicial practice;

-  Conducting client projects.

Requirements:

-  Higher education in Law from a reputable Ukrainian university;

- Previous successful work experience as a junior associate/paralegal for at least 2 years in a reputable international or leading Ukrainian law firm;

-  Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian, fluency in other foreign languages, especially French or German, is an advantage;

-  Excellent analytical, research, and legal writing skills;

-  Self-motivating, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach, the ability to work independently or in a team;

-  Strong knowledge of MS-Office.
