Associate / Senior associate (Antitrust)

INTEGRITES is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Antitrust Associate / Senior Associate to its rapidly growing team in Kyiv.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in Law from a reputable Ukrainian university, foreign LL.M. degree is an advantage;
• 3 + years of experience as an associate with an international or a leading Ukrainian law firm;
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian, fluency in other foreign languages, especially German, is an advantage;
• Excellent analytical, research, and legal writing skills;
• Desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth;
• Self-motivating, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach, the ability to work independently or in a team;
• Strong knowledge of MS-Office, legal databases (Liga, etc.)

KEY DUTIES:

• Advise the clients during competition investigations (e.g. abuse of dominance, anticompetitive concerted actions, unfair competition);
• Draft and revise various types of legal documents in English, Ukrainian and/or Russian languages;
• Communication with international clients;
• Participate in due diligence processes, draft due diligence reports;
• Participate in negotiations;
• Perform other assignments upon instructions of the supervisor and/or the clients' requests.
• Develop knowledge of commercial real estate market dynamics and trends; consolidate information into concise reports.
• Supervise project execution and training of junior colleagues;
• PR activity (publications, comments, conferences etc.).
