Recruiters Team Lead / Business Development Manager

We are looking for Recruiters Team Lead / Business Development Manager to work with Amsterdam companies and candidates from our office on Maidan Nezalezhnosti, Kiev.

We help IT companies in Amsterdam to hire programmers, both local guys and relocation from Ukraine.Our team consists of 14 people: 10 recruiters, an account manager, a sales manager, an accountant and a CEO.

This is a full-time position, some days you'll be able to work from home. Career opportunities: in 6 months you can achieve a COO position, which is vacant now.Business trips: one week every three months to Netherlands.Probation period is 3 months.Office location: Spaces on Maidan Nezalezhnosti.Salary from USD 1000.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

As a Recruitment Team Lead:(team of two remote recruiters)

• to be a team leader in mining of super-cool candidates in Amsterdam
  
• to build relationships with developers
  
• to send awesome CVs to customers? to manage projects
  

As Business Development Manager: (in your submission personal assistant/lead generator)

• to target Decision Makers of IT companies in Amsterdam
• to communicate and build long-term relationships with potential customers
• to sell our super-cool candidates
• to visit customers offices in Netherlands
• to be our face

REQUIREMENTS:

• fluent English (or any level, that allows you to have a lot Skype calls in English)
  
• 3+ years of IT recruitment or HR experience
  
• deep understanding of IT market
  
• to be familiar with IT tech stack
  

You should be you - all soft skills you need!Previous experience in Team lead, Sales, BDM, COO positions is a plus.
