Requirements:
- 1+ years of IT sales experience
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- English level - upper intermediate or higher
- Ability to create sales email sequences
- Experience working with Upwork and related platforms
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with CRM
- General understanding of web/software development processes
Responsibilities:
- Account mapping and researching potential accounts that fit our Ideal Customer Profile
- Managing a high volume of daily outbound emails and calls to targeted accounts
- Building and maintaining a prospecting list of potential high-value contacts
- Creating personalized emails to engage targeted accounts
- Set meetings and generate pipeline for the sales team
- Using Social Selling techniques to expand the network and open up new opportunities
- Processing unqualified inquiries to pre-qualified opportunities
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using our CRM solution
- Exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
