We are looking for a role to build our product — Jooble Job Aggregator

• http://jooble.org is the main product. We gather vacancies from 140 000 sources, including corporate websites, social networks, classifieds, and other resources. This product is available in 69 countries.
• Our user is a job seeker whom we help find a relevant job opportunity.
• Our client is the marketing manager from a job board whom we give an opportunity to attract job seekers.
• Our partners` websites help us increase traffic volume by posting our vacancies/widgets. Users visit our website, while partners receive rewards.

Due to the constant development of the product, we want to strengthen our team with professional Data Analyst.

The Analytics Team supports with data and takes an active part in development of the company and product, helps into achieve business goals and promotes the focus of employees on beneficial initiatives for business development.

Among the challenges faced by our Analytics Team are:

• Ambitious company goals. Our Analysts have a chance to affect on them
• Interaction with different directions: Product, Customer Success, Acquisition etc.
• Established work in Client-Oriented Stream

As a Data Analyst, you will:

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Implement interactive dashboards
• Perform ad hoc analytics requests
• Provide insights and interpretations supporting features and business decisions
• Participation in improving analytics DWH
• Proactively work to optimize/improve the analytics stack
• Presentation of analyzes and data to teams
• Assist teams by performing data discovery

Requirements:

• 2 + years of experience in Data and/or Product Analyst role
• Proficiency in SQL
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, English B2+
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik or Tableau is preferable
• Comfortable with the analysis of large datasets, different databases
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and designing data structures and models
• Data storytelling - ability to present analysis and insights to the team
• Managing multitasking, deadlines and priorities
• Detail orientation and problem-solving skills
• Experience in evaluating A/B experiments and statistics-driven decision-making
• Work according to Ukrainian timezone (GMT+2)

All employees can work in the office or remotely. Also, we have hubs and offices. Everyone who is abroad can visit our space in Warsaw.
