Customer Care Agent

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing help to platform users and potential customers
• Resolving product or service problems
• Following up to ensure resolution

Desired qualifications:

• Fluent English (B2 and higher)
• Service mindset — ability to empathize, put yourself in other people’s shoes, and communicate clearly and directly with customers and in-house team members
• Willingness to go above and beyond to help clients
• Flexibility in schedule. We do not have night shifts
• 8-hour shifts+1 hour lunch break. The earliest starts at 7 AM and the latest at 6 PM.
