Recruitment Specialist with high level of English

A remote position
Job responsibilities:

• Developing and running advertisement campaigns (Internet, Job sites, social networks etc.).
• Screening CV of candidates.
• Keeping updated a candidate database.
• Incoming/outgoing emails.
• Document processing.
• Verbal & written communication with the company partners and candidates from the USA

Requirements:

• Availability for 8-hour work shifts (15:00 to 23:00)
• High level of English- a must(speaking, reading & writing)
• Strong sales skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer proficiency (Internet research skills, fast typing etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Google Spreadsheets
• Responsibility, diligence and reliability
• General intelligence, attention to detail and a positive attitude
