Database Administrator (Oracle)

We are looking for Oracle Database Administrator with high knowledge of English.

Our support needs to be perfect.  Our customers such as Procter and Gamble depend on us for their global operations.  This means that the support team has to be disciplined and work on ways to reduce future incidents.  That is when something goes wrong they must look for ways to improve monitoring and how to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Our current problem is stability and problem resolution time.  When one of our customers has slow performance their business can stop.  This has a very large financial impact our customers (potentially in the millions of USD).  We have several large (Over 70 TB) source database systems running global multi-national companies, performance and support are a must.  We want to develop 24x7 support.  The engineers need to have strong database knowledge along with understanding of Red Hat Linux, AIX, SUSE Linux, Windows Server etc.  In addition foundational knowledge of networking (firewalls, network segmentation, TCP/IP basics ), General network security.  

Please, find below some technical notes:

1. We replicate data in real time from Oracle, DB2, SQL server and SAP HANA into Microsoft SQL Server
2. For all systems other than SQL Server we use HVR log reader on the Source Database Server
3. Our software receives the replicated data and performs several actions to make the data consumable our tools --
4. Generate Fact Tables
5. Generate Standard Dimensions
6. Instantiate Full Row Level Security on the target data
7. Handle Collation Issues
8. Generate the DDL for target table creation
9. Identify All Keys
10. Decompress and decrypt SAP data
11. Create easy to read views of the data including metadata
