A Day in the Life

Ensuring end-to-end process in direct deliveries to distributors and Ministry of Health via 3rd parties:


•Work on SAP, reports related to products availability, allocation, dates of manufacture & expiration
•Import and customs clearance with preference regime
•Inventory management
•Cooperation with local service providers – brokers, forwarders, warehousing
•Masterdata managing
•Work on complaints tools
•Guiding with credit notes issuing
•Being the first line contact for resolving any issues 

Must Haves


•Fluent English language (verbal and written)
•SAP knowledge
•Customer Care and Supply Chain modules
•Team-player, proactive approach
•Multitasking
•International company experience

Nice to Haves


•Tender experience
•Customs experience
