We are looking for a Head of sales (remote or Kyiv) for our client, an IT company that is one of the TOP-5 best IT employers in Ukraine.

An IT company that is one of the The Company delivers mostly in Fintech and HealthCare producing Web and Mobile complex applications, SAAS solutions.

The company was founded for more than 10 years, a team of more than 100 employees.


Our expectations

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position in an IT company;
  • 3+ years of experience selling outsourcing/outstaffing services in international markets;
  • 5+ years of work experience in IT companies;
  • English language (spoken and written) - advanced;
  • We actually don’t need “Sales” or “Closer” person here
  • The primary skill is to arrange the team’s effective work in the way to achieve company goals
  • That’s why we need a proven track record of your previous successes
  • And you should be experienced in managing a team that sells outsource / outstaff services for long-term engagement
  • You are focused on earning % from Deals not for Fixed Salary by making the Sales-machine working as expected
  • You take C-level’s ideas and implement them despite everything; moreover, you produce your ideas
  • You are a “quick problem solver,” immediately taking action on any issues and finding a successful way through
  • We need you to be a “process” person, clearly remember all the sales processes, perfecting every process and output. Ensure everybody is following processes, constantly making random “deep checks” of everything.
  • All the sales metrics should be monitored and pushed to goals
  • You should know every molecule of essential leads, keeping an eye on all the funnel
  • You are allergic to “I tried” and accept only “I did.”
  • Noting all decisions made, making sure CRM is 101% filled
  • English is the upper intermediate
  • At the end of the day, we just need to rely on you with Sales Dep fully

  • You will have a team of lead-gens, sales managers, account managers that you will improve and enlarge
  • Sales-focused office in Kyiv’s center
  • Ability to work part-time remotely with a flexible schedule
  • Motivation system - fixed part and bonus limited only by team results.

Hiring process

First step: 35-minute video-interview to get to know you.

Second step: quick (30-60 m) online interview with your future manager, the CEO of the company, to talk about the position and how we approach work.

Third step: full 2h online interview with the CEO and HR Director
