Customer Support Manager

Now we’re looking for a perfect Customer Support Manager to join Gravity team and make great things together. Follow the scope of responsibilities and required skills. If you feel we can fit each other — apply immediately and let’s rock it!

What will you do:

  •  Manage a portfolio of key VIP accounts;

  • Create tactical marketing and commercial campaigns using strategic and analytical thinking;

  • Build 1-2-1 relationships with VIP customers to offer a bespoke proactive VIP service ( Outbound call outreach to welcome to programme, weekly outbound call to ‘chat’, pick up chat messages, reply to emails and start email threads;

  • Create reports using Excel and other tools.

What is important for us:

  • Upper-Intermediate English level;

  • An outgoing personality with an engaging telephone manner;

  • Ability to work independently, take appropriate responsibility for actions and make sensible decisions;

  • Willingness to work on a shift basis (if required) with unsociable hours including evenings and weekends;

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
