Middle Python Developer

Codiv Ukraine, a company with headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia, is growing rapidly, therefore we are seeking for talented individuals to join us in our Kyiv office!

Our projects involve cloud-services, cryptocurrencies, advertisement, marketing and even more to come!

Specific responsibilities include

• Participate in agile processes and contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write and maintain well designed, testable, reusable, reliable and efficient code
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications and their components

Requirements/ Who you are

• Strong expertise in Python, Django + DRF, REST API
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS
• 2+ years of work experience in similar role or position
• Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL)
• Experience with source version control software and development and collaboration software (Git, Atlassian tools)
• Good written English

Beneficial skills

• Strong understanding of TDD processes
• Good knowledge of column-oriented DBMS
• Good knowledge of GNU/Linux
• Understanding distributed cloud computing services
• Understanding modular system architecture principles
