We are looking for talented software engineering to join our distributed global team. Evolve Dynamics are a UAV aircraft and software systems development company based in the UK and our customers are police, fire brigades and emergency services around the world. We have complex workflows and systems in place which need further development as well as new projects which are starting on a regular basis.

Требования:

• Advanced Linux knowledge - Ubuntu or similar;
• iOT platforms - Rapberry Pi, Banana Pi, etc. ;
• C;
• C++;
• QT;
• GPIO processing (on an SBC) ;
• i2C and UART protocols;
• Perl, Python, Bash;
• networking (on Linux) - TCP/IP, UDP, routing, netcat, etc.;
• security, firewalls, SSH etc.;
• development tools: GIT, ansible.

Приветствуются знания:

• OpenCV;
• video processing, H264, H265, mpv player, ffmpeg, gstreamer;
• radio transmission understanding;
• Debian packages system;
• Time zones, NTP, file timestamps.
  

Обязанности:

You would work on systems and solutions for securely transmitting video with extremely low lag over low bandwidth radio, communicating with the aircraft autopilot module and commanding it to excite various actions, calculating the aircraft's point of no return based on power consumption, plot on a map the aircraft position and much more - to name just a few solutions we developed in the last year and to give you a flavour of the work that we do.

• перед началом работы - небольшое тестовое задание;
