Internship - HR Assistant

As an intern in the People & Culture team, you'll be able to work hands on with various HR tasks, projects, and activities. • Passion for HR processes and tools.
• Experience in Microsoft Office package (especially MS Excel and MS Word).
• Preferably knowledge in data storage cloud solutions such as SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc, and social networks tools.
• Communication skills in written and spoken English from Intermediate level and upper.
• A can-do attitude.
• Not afraid to come up with ideas and take your own initiatives.

The internship position will be based at the IKEA Kyiv city store office located near metro station Pochayna (in the Blockbuster Mall).

Candidates must be enrolled in a relevant program (preferably prior to the final year of studies) or be a recent graduate (within the last 6 months).

This is a paid internship, with an expected 20-30 hours of work per week. The duration of the internship is 6 months.
